This could be due to either all conversion logs being corrupted or the media being write-protected." and I am putting the correct password and also i have tried to use the i forgot my password feature it still would not work after i put in the recovery key it says is it invalid ...please can anyone help me i really need to get all my pictures and documents out of there they are really important to me i use my ipod as a USB also please anyone has a solution please help.!!
