How to Reset Windows Administrator Password

What if you lose your windows password? It can be a nightmare for you because you can’t log on to your computer to accessing your file or do your works. It’s gonna more terrible if the password is your windows administrator password. What will you do if it is happening to you?

Never worries. I have a tips which can be used to reset your windows administrator password. We can create a password reset disk to reset windows administartor password if sometime you lose it. To create this password reset disk, you need to provide a blck CD or a usb flashdrive. This tips can be used in Windows Vista or Windows 7. Here the steps:

  1. First, insert the blank CD or USB flashdrive to you computer. Only for your information, I use an USB flahdrive when create this tutorial.
  2. Open the Control Panel the navigate to User Account.
  3. Click on Create a Password Reset Disk on the left side of window.
  4. Create a Password Reset Disk

  5. Then the wizard window will appear. Click on the Next button to go to the next window.

  7. On the next window, select the drive that you use to create the password reset disk. In this case I use an usb flashdrive. So, I select my USB flashdrive. After that click next.
  8. Select a drive

  9. The next window, you will be asked to provide your current password. Type it in the provided box. Then click on the Next button.
  10. Insert current password

  11. The password reset disk process will start. It takes about 5 minute to complete.

  13. Once it completed, you can click on the Finish button to close the wizard.

Now the password reset disk is ready. Keep it safely because it is very important for you computer secutiry. You can use it to reset your windows Administartor password whenever you lose it.
